  I was very disappointed when I went to this CVS during the holiday season. I had a 25% off coupon on my smartphone and asked an employee for assistance. The employee had difficulty so he brought over another employee. Instead of giving me the 25% off since I had the coupon on my email, she said that she could not help me and that I needed to call CVS; however, she did not provide me with a phone number and left me to navigate on my own. My total was about $20, which means I would have only saved $5. Quality stores do their best to make the customer happy. CVS was my primary drugstore, but I am currently reluctant to go back.
