  Friendly staff, great game selection. The prices are standard, nothing special. Do not trade in games or game systems. They offer you way less than what they are worth and what you could get elsewhere selling them.

  The associate told me that they don't have any Wii U games for a Nintendo Wii U console in the store. When I told him there are plenty of Wii U games sitting on a shelf. He said that my "W" souds like "V" so he didn't understand me??? What a joke.

  The employees here are rude, don't like their own products, and would rather buy everything themselves than sell to customers. The assistant manager here will straight up tell you "all anime and anime games are junk, never worth playing or watching and you're stupid if you do" I Recently put 2 items on hold when I went to pick them up they told me my hold request had run out and an employee was holding them to buy on Monday. They told me hold requests only last 24 hours when GameStop cooperate policy is 48 hours end of day. They just lost hundreds of dollars of sales over two $2.97 items. I'm not sure but I believe it's a requirement that if you're a manger at GameStop then you have to be a jerk.
