  Long wait for pick up! They never know where items are and when they know and items are in the back you have to wait for them to decide who's getting the item.

  In the salem N.H store the staff has no interest in serving it's customers. They are not familiarized with their store to help a customer locate product. If there is a issue they tell the customer to call Kmart's main number to try and resolve it rather than try and assist the customer. The managers are just as unhelpful. If you point out their own written store policies to try and move the process along they will answer that's not what I was told, this is as you hold their display from their counter and you are pointing out the language in their own policies. They lack common sense, problem solving skills, customer interaction skills, motivation and some lack hygiene. Whatever the staff is paid to do their job at that store, they are grossly overpaid. The store is not kept neat or well stocked. This store has been going downhill for quite sometime and they have lost me as a customer.
