The service is great, they're knowledgeable, and if you have requests they listen. They're open every day till at least 10. I use to go to 2 Guys but they close at 6, and you get chastised if you inquire otherwise. It's nice knowing that when I need to stock up, or try something different in cigars that I don't have to wait till Thurs/Friday to get it.
