  I called at 11am (which is not a busy time) to ask if they had a specific product in stock. The employee that i spoke with told me that they carried that line,but could not check because she had another customer and said she could put me on hold and I would have to wait until she was done with the other customer. I have been in customer service for 20 years and would not answer a phone in the middle of helping another customer to tell the person on the phone to wait on the line until I was finished with another customer. If you are helping someone then you're there 100%. By the way, where were the other employees that were free to help me...does only one person work there?
